·         Image prompts you type when requesting AI-generated images, and character reference image URLs used for image generation.

·         When you are signed in, your chat messages and generated images are stored so you can sync and access conversations across devices.

·         Automatic Data Collection: IP address, user settings, MAC address, cookie identifiers, device information, location, ISP details, pages visited, gameplay data, etc.

·         Technologies Used: Cookies, pixel tags, local storage, Google Analytics, etc.

II. How We Use Your InformationWe use your information for various purposes, including:

·         Providing Services: Managing user information, customer support, and technical services.

·         AI-Powered Features: To generate chat replies and AI-generated images, we send the data described in Section I (e.g., your messages, character context, image prompts, and reference image URLs) to third-party AI and storage providers. We use this data only to deliver the features you request and to sync your conversations when you are signed in.

·         Analyzing and Improving Services: Security, research, development, and debugging.

·         Additional Content and Services: Customizing offers, auditing transactions, and compliance activities.

III. Disclosing Your Information to Third PartiesWe share your personal information with:

·         Service Providers: For IT, payment processing, customer service, and other support services.

·         Third-Party AI and Storage Providers (AI-Powered Apps): When you use apps that include chat or image-generation features, we share the data described in Section I with the following providers, only after you have given your explicit consent in the app:

·         Groq (using Meta’s Llama model): We send your chat messages, conversation context, and character-related information to Groq so they can generate text replies. We do not send your contacts, photo library, location, or payment data.

·         MuAPI: We send the image prompts you type and character reference image URLs so they can generate images. We do not send your personal photos or other device data.

·         Supabase: We use Supabase as our database. When you are signed in, your chat messages (text) and generated images are stored there so you can sync and access your conversations across devices. Supabase processes and stores this data on our behalf.

We require these providers to protect your personal information with the same or equal level of protection as described in this Privacy Policy and to use the data only for providing the services we request. Their processing is governed by agreements that include appropriate data protection and security commitments.

·         Business Partners: Jointly offered products or services.

·         Affiliates: Sharing within HEBE VISION INC. S.R.L.’s affiliated companies.

·         Advertising Partners: For interest-based advertising and analytics.
